- Do I Have to Switch My Long Distance Service to Get a Toll Free Number?
No, you do not! But you can if you want to; the outbound rates for long distance are the same as they are for inbound toll free service. Think about it.

- What Can I Use My Toll Free Number For?

- Can I Have Two or More Toll Free Numbers use the Same Ring-to Number?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of numbers pointing at a single ring-to. We just ask that you don’t let them go to waste.

- What are the Surcharges and Fees?
The Fees are: $39.99 to setup & 4.5 cents per minute when someone calls you
The surcharges are: A 35˘ surcharge applies to toll free calls originating from payphones. Calls from Alaska, Hawaii are 16.9˘ /min Calls from Puerto Rico 6.9˘ /min Calls from the U.S. Virgin Islands 8.9˘ /min. You can block any of these areas from calling you if you want. (Cost: FREE)

- Do my calls Travel over the Internet?
No! Your number will most likely be provisioned over a fiber optic network. This is the best network in the world.

- Do I Have to Agree to a Contract?
You do not have to stay with our company for any specified period of time. You can cancel anytime without paying penalty charges or early cancellation fees.

- Are There Any Payphone Charges?
A 35˘ surcharge applies to toll free calls originating from payphones.

- Is There a Cancellation Fee?
No! You have a ZERO day contract commitment with us.

- How am I Billed?
You are billed in the United States Postal Mail each month. You are sent a bill where you can write a check and mail it back… just like your home telephone company. We do not require prepay or automatic credit card billing like most companies do. However we do offer those as payment options. Your statement contains a list of everyone that called you for the month and their CallerID (even if their number is block)

- Can my Toll Free Number Ring to an International Phone?
No! This service is for North America only. Most companies that offer international service are running your calls over the Internet witch can diminish the quality of your calls greatly.

- How Many Toll Free Numbers Can I Have on My Account?
You can have as many as you want. Since we do not charge monthly fees, the cost is minimal to you. Don’t get toll free numbers and let them go to waste though.

- When will my Toll Free Number be Active?

- Can I have my Bill Paid on my Credit Card?
Yes you can. When you get your first bill in the mail, it will also have a credit card authorization form with it. Fill that out. Or you can call your sales representative and have them set it up for you when you are signing up.
